As all products are printed on-demand, we have no ability to warehouse unused products. If your product is defective: if it is misprinted or if it arrives damaged, we can usually re-issue a print to you at no additional charge. Otherwise, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE: We need a few photos of the defective product taken in decent light, at least one of which is straight-on and fully encompasses the product(s), and at least one close-up of the defect in question.
